Yamato packing & transport Co., ltd Company mission
First obligation of Yamato packing & transport is related to all customers who receive our service. All activities that we offer to our customers should be safe and with high level of quality. To maintain reasonable price we should do effort on reducing the cost. Any orders from customers should be treated speedy and correctly. We should offer a chance to raise the profit for our business partners.
Yamato packing & transport Co., ltd’s second obligation is related to all employees. Each employee should be respected as individual and the value of each person should be recognized and respected. Employees should work in a secure environment. Treatment should be equal and adequate, and working condition should be clean, put in order neatly and safe. Yamato should take a consideration that employees could fulfill the duty for family. At work, employees should freely complement and submit the plans. Potential employees should be given a chance of improving ability, terms of employment and promotion. We have to select the most potential manager. This selection should be fair and with moral sense.
Yamato packing & transport Co., ltd’s third obligation is related to surrounding society where we live and work. Moreover, this is related to common society of the World.

Our company will use private information within the limits of below- mentioned purposes. In case of any other purposes than above mentioned we will ask for permission in advance.
(1) To contact, accept an application and to inquire the relative information to the service offered by our company.
(2) To give the customer information about packing, transporting and warehouse service.
(3) To reply to those customers who use this home page and to improve our company services.
3.About safety management of private information
Our company will take any necessary and appropriate measures for safety management such as to prevent the leakage, loss and damage of private information
4.About consignment of private information
Our company will do appropriate investigation if a part or all information of our customer will be consigned to a third party, we also will do necessary and appropriate control after consigning the information to confirm about safety management by those information.
5.About providing the private information to third party.
Our company will not provide any private information to a third party without taking an owner’s permission in advance, except the cases determined in the privacy protection laws and regulations.
6. About release and correction of private information
Our company will release immediately private information if the person himself applies it. If the person can not identify himself, we can not release private information.
If there is a mistake in private information and the person applies for correction, addition and deletion, after investigation we will respond the request immediately. If the person can not identify himself, our company will not respond the request.
7.About renewal of this policy
